Food Allergy Information

Major food allergens are or may be present in our products, including wheat, egg, dairy, soy, peanuts and tree nuts.

If you have a food allergy or ingredient concern, please reach out prior to ordering. We are not able to 100% guarantee cross-contact has not occurred.

Cookie Care

How Long Will The Cookies Stay Good For?

Our cookies are individually wrapped and heat sealed. Most will last well over 2 weeks; however, we think it is best to freeze them if they will not be consumed the week you receive them. Frozen they will last well over 6 months!

How Do I Reheat My Cookies?

From room temperature: We recommend placing them in the oven/air fryer at 350 for 4-5 minutes, but if you are in a rush, the microwave for 12-15 seconds is a good alternative.

From frozen, we always recommend letting your cookie thaw before reheating for best results.

How do I order cookies?

All cookies are made to order and fresh. Decide which size (Lil' Hunkie 2 oz. or Big Hunk 6 oz.) and how many you would like. Once you select your box you'll pick the flavor of cookies you’d like.

How Do I Make My Order a Gift?

Leave a note at check out, we will take care of the rest!

I Cant Find A Flavor That I've Had Before, How Do I Order It Again?

We run new specials each month, once it's gone it's gone....but we may bring popular flavors back so if there is something you would like to see again we would LOVE to hear from you.

Can I Cancel My Order?

We do not offer refunds or cancellations at this time. We start prepping all cookies to order as soon as we accept the order. Please ensure that you are 100% certain you want amazingly delicious cookies before you order! 

Incorrect Address

Please make sure you check your order for accuracy before submitting it. During the ordering process, you will be asked to verify the shipping address(es) for your gift(s). Trail Cookie will not be responsible for packages refused by the recipient, or for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Please include apartment/suite numbers, East/West street assignments, etc. where applicable. Commercial addresses will require a company name and/or suite number to avoid any correction fees.

How Long Until I Get My Order?

All orders are baked to order and shipped out 3 business days from your order date via the shipping method selected at checkout. (granted there are no shipping delays by the courier). If we expect a delay we will notify you by email.

Where Do You Ship?

Right now, we ship all over the US. We also ship to APO/FPO address.

Will My Cookies Be Secure During Shipping?

All orders will either come in a kraft box. The cookies inside will be individually heat sealed for freshness, and wrapped with bubble wrap and/or shredded paper for added protection.

What If Something Happens To My Cookies, Will I Be Refunded?

Once your package is picked up by the carrier, it is then their responsibility to deliver your package correctly, intact, and on-time. We wish we could be personally deliver all our packages, but unfortunately that is just not possible.

If you have trouble with your delivery, please contact the carrier directly. We do not offer refunds for missing or broken packages. If the worst happens and something goes wrong with your package in shipment, you can file a claim online with the carrier. Your package was sent insured, thus the carrier will be able to refund you.

Dude, Where Are My Cookies?

Once a package is in the shipping carriers’ hands, all orders are an estimated 2-4 days depending, on location. Orders can be delayed with the carrier due to holiday season, but 95% of orders will be delivered by in the 2-4 day time frame. Estimated time carriers give for a package to be delivered is only an estimate and not guaranteed. Please plan accordingly as there is nothing we can do about shipping delays. Please be sure your shipping address is correct. We are unable to replace packages if you input an incorrect address or the package is stolen.

Do You Make A Gluten Free (GF) Cookie?

At this time no, but we do have plans for this in the future.

Do You Make A Vegan Cookie?

At this time no, but we do have plans for this in the future.

Do You Use Peanuts/Tree Nuts?

Yes, we have cookies that contain peanuts as well as other tree nuts. We also have cookies that are nut free, but all of our cookies are processed in the same facility so there is always a chance of cross contamination.
